Please note the truck is not included in the entirety bid. When the online bidding closes, the auction company will analyze the bids to the best of their ability in regard to liquidation method whether to sell as an entirety or by individual lots.<br>
The method of liquidation is at the auctioneer\'s discretion.<br>

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless both Owner and Taylor Auction & Realty, Inc. from and against all claims and liabilities resulting from assets sold, including but not limited to: proximate or consequential damages, failure to comply with local, state or federal laws, and cost or legal expenses arising there from.<br>

Buyers to make full payment on Personal Property within 24 hours from close of auction. Removal of Personal Property within 7 days from close of auction. All invoices must be paid in full within the time announced by the auctioneer. Invoices must be settled before any items are removed. NO EXCEPTIONS.<br>
